Payment Options


Credit or Debit Cards

We accept all major credit & debit cards for purchases on our website. If you would prefer to place your order by phone, please feel free to contact us at 402-715-5999. Payment up front is required for all orders. Your card will be charged when you place your order, not when the order is shipped out.


Checks and Money orders

Powerhouse Distributing does not accept checks or money orders at this time.


COD

Powerhouse Distributing does not accept COD deliveries for orders. We must receive payment before shipping any order.


Net-30 Open Accounts

Powerhouse Distributing offers open accounts to our corporate, government, and high volume customers. Please call for information on getting setup with a net 30 account.


Privacy Policy


Powerhouse Distributing takes your privacy very seriously. We will never sell or distribute any of your personal information for any reason. Your name, address, email address, telephone number, and any other personal information collected is kept safe, and is used for internal purposes only.


Special Order Items


Regular Special Order Items

If necessary, we can order special non-inventory items directly from the manufacturer, giving you access to every available power tool part. Special order items arrive at our warehouse first, and are then shipped to our customers. Most special parts will ship approximately 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. There is no extra charge for special order items.


Drop Shipments

If a special order needs to be expedited, we offer drop shipments that are shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer without coming to our warehouse first. Drop shipments usually cut several days from the order process. We cannot guarantee day-definite delivery on drop shipments, and there is a $15 fee in addition to shipping. Please contact us at 402-715-5999 to request a drop shipment.


Back Ordered Items

If we do not have an item in our inventory and the manufacturer is also sold out of the item, it is considered to be on back order. Unfortunately, if this is the case, we are unable to send you the part until the manufacturer supplies it to us, which can sometimes be weeks or even months. You can either drop that item from your order, or we will ship the item as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.


Discontinued Parts

If the part you are looking for is discontinued, we are unable to sell the part because it is no longer available from the manufacturer. If for some reason you happen to order a discontinued part, we will contact you and make arrangements for a full refund.


Changing or Canceling Existing Orders


Changing Existing Orders

You may change the contents of an order before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, you cannot change the order and will need to refer to the return policy section. Please call us at 402-715-5999 if you wish to make changes to your order. Keep in mind, regular in-stock items will ship within 1 business day of order placement.


Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order before the order has shipped. We will provide a full refund for any cancelled orders. Once an order has shipped, you cannot cancel the order and will need to refer to the return policy. Please call us at 402-715-5999 to cancel your order.


Return Policy


Your item cannot be returned if:

  • It has all ready been installed in a repair
  • The item was shipped more than 30 days ago, or more than 14 days for defective items
  • It is opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged during transit, we will ship a replacement to you for no extra cost and provide a return shipping label to ship the damaged item back to us.


Incorrect Items

If Powerhouse Distributing ships you a part you did not order, contact us, and we will ship the correct part to you for no extra cost. We will provide a return label to ship the incorrect part back to us.


Returns on Unwanted Items

Your unwanted item is returnable for up to 30 days after the original shipment date. There is a restocking fee of at least 25%, however some brands may have a high restock fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in new condition.


Two Week Warranty

If your item is defective, you have up to 14 days for either a refund or a replacement. Beyond the two week deadline, we will not replace or refund defective parts.


Flex Special Order Parts

Because these parts come directly from Germany, there are no returns on special ordered non-stock items from Flex Power Tools.
